A young Georgian mother shared a very touching video on social media. Her little child hears her sister’s voice on the video for the first time.
The mother claims that her daughter was born three months early and preterm. Necrotizing enterocolitis,
a condition that damages the intestines and stomach, was identified in her within a week. Antibiotics were administered to the infant, which led to her hearing loss.
At such a young age, it’s difficult to determine how much the girl can hear. The parents took the decision to buy a hearing aid to see if it altered the way she perceived her surroundings.
Everybody was stunned by the result. First impressions of the hearing aid from the toddler were captured on camera and posted online by the mother.
Since she responded to the majority of noises, we concluded she had good hearing. The mother said, ‘It turned out to be not as good as I thought after what I saw today.’

She now makes more of an effort to communicate and has become much more engaged. Simply said, she has been greatly impacted by the item.
