U.S. Airman Brian Whitefield experienced a tearful return after paying a surprise visit to his son’s math class at Central R3 Middle School in Park Hills, Missouri.
After being away from home for the bulk of the school year, Landon was shocked to see his military father enter the classroom in uniform and sit down next to him.
He needed a few seconds to process what was happening before he gave his father a heartfelt hug. The touching reunion was also caught on camera, with teary eyes clearly visible.
The students were all quiet as they watched their classmate Landon’s tearful reunion with his father. They were all brought to tears by the sight of such a touching reunion.
